feedback: My daughter is a freshman and has been in several times. Both times she went in; she was re-directed and was not given adequate assistance. I am a single parent and we have to make certain changes/decisions due to financial needs.  I just feel that staff should be a bit more helpful with student needs, especially first-time students.
