Eluterio comes to us with a wealth of experience and has been a part of the TRIO Community in SSS and Upward Bound-Math/Science Programs at West Hills Community College (Coalinga, Lemoore, and Firebaugh campuses), as well as most recently serving as Director for EOPS Program at Reedley Community College.
