Job Announcement: Youth Engagement Team Manager

Boys and Girls Club of Fresno County (BGCFC) seeks an individual for the position of Youth Engagement Team Manager for the Central/West/Southeast Fresno Place Healthy Community HUB Building Healthy Communities Initiative.

Under the general supervision of the Assistant Executive Director and the YET Representative to the BHC Fresno Place HUB, the YET Manager will be the lead staff person responsible for supporting and facilitating the YET’s work and its implementation. This will include project management, group facilitation, community development, youth engagement, partnership development, conflict resolution, and data collection and research. The YET Manager will assume a high level of responsibility for connecting youth and adults from diverse constituency groups within the community, as well as across the BHC network. This position starts immediately and is grant funded. The current grant runs through December 31, 2012, with the strong possibility for extension. This is an exempt position.
