A draft application packet for EOC was published this morning (attached).  No closing date was included.  A new priority for serving Veterans and their families is included.  Also, included is language suggesting a greater focus on rigorous evaluation.  There is no change in the objectives. 

COE will be scheduling free Webinars for Institutional Members that will address specific aspects of the grant application package.  Information on the webinars will come out in the next few weeks.
