I’ve been informed of the registration issues with cvent. I’m looking into it and have contacted the WESTOP president. I would recommend that you follow through as instructed and sign up to be on the waitlist. This will give you a written record of your attempt to register by the early-bird deadline. I will do my best to ensure that members in our chapter that are affected by these, have their fees honored if attempting to register by the deadline. So keep proof that you are on the waitlist.
