I’ve been informed of the registration issues with cvent. I’m looking into it and have contacted the WESTOP president. I would recommend that you follow through as instructed and sign up to be on the waitlist. This will give you a written record of your attempt to register by the early-bird deadline. I will do my best to ensure that members in our chapter that are affected by these, have their fees honored if attempting to register by the deadline.
