Congressman Jim Costa's assistant Joel Saldaña confirmed receipt of letters and sent Mr. Costa's letter of support for TRiO Programs to me on Friday.  The letter is addressed to ALL TRiO staff and students. 

Please read, print in color and if possible please share with your students.  This will boost their spirits regarding their involvement with TRiO programs.
