The Subcommittee did not release any specific figures other than those that appear on the following sheet: http://appropriations.house.gov/images/stories/pdf/lhhse/FY2011_LHHS_Summary_Tabel-07.15.2010.pdf . It is our understanding, however, that TRIO received an appropriation of $878.7 million, which represents a $25.6 million (or 3%) increase; meanwhile, GEAR UP received level-funding.
