Subject: Scholarship Applications
Hello CenCal,
It was nice to see some of you at our last CenCal meeting for the year. I would like to follow-up on what I shared with those present and for those that did not attend as well. If you had any students apply to the CenCal Scholarships this year and would like the applications back to keep in the students' files, please let me know by this Thursday, May 20th; otherwise, I will be shredding them. Because the applications have a lot of personal information (i.e., SSN, transcripts, personal statements), and because I AM LIMITED TO MY OFFICE SPACE, I cannot risk having these applications out in the open area. Again, if you do not reply back asking me to mail the applications to you, I will go ahead and shred them this Friday, May 21st, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. It was a pleasure and a learning-experience serving you as this year's Scholarship Chair.
