Hi Wendy,

Although we prefer/require the application to be typed, if they don't  
have access to a computer, they can complete it legibly. However,  
they may have some points deducted once we screen them. We will still  
look at it, however, keep in mind that we are asking for the  
application to be typed and those that submit a typed application  
will have preference over those who don't.

As for the second question, they must be "current" students of a TRIO  
program. If they are alumni of a TRiO program, then they do not  
qualify. They must currently be a participant "student status" of a  
TRiO program.
