Hello Everyone,

Here’s an update on our upcoming Chapter Meeting to be held on Friday, February 6^th, 2009 at Reedley College in Reedley, CA.  

EVENT:                      WESTOP - Central Cal Chapter Meeting

DATE:                        Friday, February 6^th, 2009

TIME:                        10:00am - Committee Meetings

11:00am - Chapter Meeting

PLACE:                      Reedley College

995 N. Reed Avenue

Reedley, CA 93654

BUILDING:               Reedley College Cafeteria (Please see attached map)

ROOM:                       Staff Dining room (Please see attached map)

PARKING:                 Relaxed Parking in Lot B - Off of Manning Avenue (Please see attached map)

                                                If Parking Lot B is full, a Courtesy Permit will be available at the Switch Board located in the Administration Building (Please see attached map)

LUNCH:                     Tri-Tip Sandwich Lunch – Compliments of Reedley College

More information is on the way but in the meantime, please start making the proper arrangements to attend.  Several upcoming events will be discussed including the Student Leadership Conference, TRiO Day, the 31^st Annual WESTOP Conference, Scholarship and others.

There will be an opportunity to win great paraphernalia donated by programs in attendance and the infamous Marble Game has a few marbles left but the prize money continues to increase.

Please get in contact with me if any questions come up, to save you a seat or if you will not be able to attend.  We need to know who will be attending so that Reedley College can make the proper lunch arrangements.  As always, we would like to have at least one representative from each program/campus attend the meeting.  See you all on February 6^th, 2009.
