As you may all be working on your APR's for your Upward Bound at the moment,
we¹ve heard through specific sources that major changes will come into
effect on December 1st as you upload the Tool to get your APR in for your
program.

It is vital that whoever is working on your APR at your campus/office attend
a day training where David Ferguson has volunteered to come in and give us
an all day training on all the new changes.  Luckily since he is living in
the area he will give us insight on this info so you know what the
changes/plans are once December 1st comes around.

In other words what 52 fields you are working on, will not be as is come the
tool upload.  Being that there are a handful of new UB¹s in the area, and
the older ones, everyone should sign up to come to this so come December 1st
you are not lost and have your program being in jeopardy  of being defunded.

We have a tentative date of Monday November 17th to do this training and its
strongly urged everyone attend with Upward Bound.
I have attached CenCal listserv, just in case someone associated with Upward
Bound is not CC¹d on this.
Email back with a confirmation if the 17th is ok, Friday the 13th or 20th
are our next options.  Respond back asap.

David if you could add if I¹ve missed on something and confirm this date
works.
