I asked Dave Ferguson to change that because it was a typo but
he has not changed it.
As far as I know, no extensions will be honored. However, please
note that the invite that was emailed to everyone had the correct cut-off dates
and you can’t process a membership without going through the C-Vent portal. There’s
only been one person from Hawaii that contacted Melissa about the difference in
the deadline. C-Vent is also programmed to send out regular emails to individuals
that did not respond to the initial email before each cut-off date. So either
way, people have been notified of the correct dates via C-Vent.

all individuals who completed their registration on C-vent for both individual
and institutional membership by the September 30 cutoff date. Please note
