As far as I know, no extensions will be honored. However, please note that the invite that was emailed to everyone had the correct cut-off dates and you can’t process a membership without going through the C-Vent portal. There’s only been one person from Hawaii that contacted Melissa about the difference in the deadline. C-Vent is also programmed to send out regular emails to individuals that did not respond to the initial email before each cut-off date. So either way, people have been notified of the correct dates via C-Vent. I hope this helps. Many payments are pending and Melissa is posting payments as they arrive. The next cutoff date is December 30, 2008. Starting today through December 30, the individual membership rate is $80. Institutional membership rate is now $425 and student membership remains at $15 dollars. The list is sorted by region, however, you may sort or delete columns to meet your preference.
