When picking up parking permits at the visitor center, they should state that they are here for the CenCal meeting. Also, lunch will be provided.

1.  Parking Arrangements:  Will parking be enforced, if so, do we have to pay for permits or will they be available for those who RSVP?  Also, what parking lot will we need to park in? Parking is enforced year around, so permits will be available for those that RSVP. Permits can be picked up at visitor Info Center off Grand Ave. Parking lot C2 and C4 are the closest to our meeting place(Bldg, 3, Room 111)(Link to map: http://www.maps.calpoly.edu/flashmap/CalPolyMapParking.html)

2.  Location:  What building and room number will we be meeting in? (Bldg, 3, Room 111)

3.  Lunch:  Will lunch be provided following the meeting or will we be eating on our own.  If we will be eating on our own, can I get a list of restaurants near Cal Poly? I’m looking into it. Campus catering has a limited selection: http://www.calpolycorporation.org/campusdining/menus/CT_Lunches.pdf, see the last page of menu. There is also a campus dining available, but they close at 2, so we’d have to be there by 1 at the latest. (http://www.calpolycorporation.org/campusdining/docs/GGMenu.pdf) there’s more variety to choose from if you wanted to go this route. And of course we can always do lunch on our own. There’s Thai food, Italian, Mexican, Grill restaurant. Let me know what you want to do.
