Yes, you reserve a room w/ your own credit card and then give me the
invoice to reimburse you.  You also need to make your own travel
arrangements....do you plan to fly?   (The conference begins on
Sunday afternoon and ends on Wednesday morning).
Did you already register for the conference?  Remember that there was
an early-bird price that Jessi mentioned during the meeting in
Madera.  If you haven't registered yet then you must do it as soon as
possible.
