In a previous life I used to identify, isolate and repair software defects in a fault tolerant environment.
I think pressure applied here at RGP to the most visible person is probably more effective.
My suggestion is to run a test major tournament using BOTS and SUT.
> Hey Mike,
If you can't handle one computer malfuntion, then you might want to think about the slight possibibilty of going into another means of supporting your selfish self, if you catch my drift!

My first impression is that the testing is occurring in the field and that the software is encountering many failures.
He is also apparently the unoffiicial or official RGP liaison.
(System under test) before trying that in the field.
I think pressure applied here at RGP to the most visible person is probably more effective.
They are not fixing the major problem which appears to be their software people.
I provided very specific PC configuration details and even explained that my swap file could grow to over 2GB and yet a condition occurred in which software exhausted all the system resources.
If I contact customer service at (for the umpteenth time) they will tell me again they are working on it and all will be fine.
