  feedback - When the year started off i wasn't able to attend because of an emergency surgery i had to get it that takes months to recover from anyways i contacted someone on what to do and they said it was best to withdrawal and apply for next year so after that i asked how to do that and i never got an answer so i emailed someone and they just said the same that best thing was to withdrawal, i never found out how to withdrawal and i didn't have time to do it properly again since i was healing i was wondering if i could get help on how to withdrawal.
